According to industry insiders, my country’s defense thief bottle caps will grow at an annual rate of 10%. In 2010, about 15 billion anti-theft bottle caps and 53,500 to 60,000 tons of aluminum strips will be needed. The development is very rapid. The demand for aluminum bottle caps is growing rapidly. At present, most of the packaging of liquor, wine, medicinal wine and beverages in my country is still mainly broken glass bottles, and many bottle caps are made of aluminum.
Aluminum anti-theft bottle caps are exquisitely processed with high-quality special aluminum alloy materials. They are mainly used for packaging wines, beverages (gas and non-gas) and medicines and health products, and can meet special requirements such as high-temperature retorting and sterilization.
There are nearly 200 aluminum bottle cap production plants in my country, with an annual design production capacity of about 9 billion pieces. Among them, nearly 30 production lines have been introduced with an output of more than 5 billion pieces, which can produce nearly 100 kinds of bottle caps. Aluminum bottle caps are mostly processed on production lines with a high degree of automation. Therefore, the material strength, elongation and dimensional deviation are very strict, otherwise cracks or creases will occur during processing. In order to ensure easy printing after the bottle cap is formed, the surface of the bottle cap material is required to be flat, free of roll marks, scratches and stains. Aluminum bottle cap materials can be produced by hot-rolling billets or continuous casting and rolling billets, and then cold rolling.
At present, the manufacturers of anti-theft cover materials use continuous casting and rolling billets to produce, but according to the reports of anti-theft cover manufacturers, hot-rolled billets are better than cast-rolled billets in the use of anti-theft cover materials.
